Review:

I think ‘The day I fell into a fairytale’ is a brilliant book to keep the reader engaged and has got some great language used; this has given me ideas when it comes to writing. The story is set in a small village where a small nine year old girl called Lana lives with her twelve year old brother, called Harrison. One horrible, stormy night a supermarket comes up from the ground out of nowhere. Everything in this shop has amazing low prices and Lana’s mother is drawn to it. While she is shopping, Lana gets bored and wonders into the book isle. She sees a small man struggling to put a mysterious glowing book onto a high shelf. This weird little man tells her not to buy the book, as it is ‘too scary’ for her. As the man walks away, she picks up the book and run over to her mother. Little did she know that man was absolutely  right…

Overall, I think this book is great and would definitely recommend it too anyone over six years of age.

Mark out of 5…

5 – Excellent
